What Odarcon is

Odarcon is an informational screening tool. It is free to use and does not require an account. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney–client relationship with anyone who uses it.

What a result means

Results are indicative readings based on what you enter and on published law and historical record as we understand it. A "worth pursuing" or "looking strong" result is not a determination that you qualify for citizenship, and a "ruled out" or "need a bit more" result is not a final legal conclusion. Only a qualified lawyer, reviewing your actual documents, can tell you that.

Partner law firms

Odarcon is paid by the law firms we work with, not by the people we screen, and not as a fee tied to an individual case. You are free to choose any firm we list, a firm we don’t list, or none at all.

Liability

Odarcon is free, informational, and can be wrong. The formal limitation-of-liability terms have not been settled with counsel, so there are none here - we would rather leave this section thin than publish a clause nobody has checked. What we can say plainly: a screening result is not a legal opinion, and nothing on this site should be acted on without a lawyer looking at your actual documents.
